Please read these terms carefully before playing PLOTLAND or connecting a wallet. By using the game, you agree to everything below.
1Nature of the Game
- PLOTLAND is a game. It is not a financial service, an investment product, or a securities offering.
- The $PLOT token, RH holdings, points, gold and all in-game values are game mechanics.
- Nothing in this game constitutes investment advice.
2Token is a Key, Not a Reward
- RH (Robinhood) holdings gate access to garden features. They are not purchased from us and we do not guarantee any return.
- $PLOT dividends, once live, are paid from real trading fees collected by the vault — they are revenue sharing, not guaranteed yield. No APY is promised. Dividends can be zero on days with no trading activity.
3No Guarantees
- We make no promise or guarantee of any profit, return, yield, or price appreciation for any token.
- Token prices are volatile. You may lose value. Play only with funds you can afford to lose.
- Past dividend payments do not guarantee future payments.
4User Responsibility
- You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, and transaction safety. We never ask for your private key.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. The game may not be available where you are.
- By connecting a wallet you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
5In-Game Values
- Until $PLOT is deployed and live on-chain, all dividend-related values shown in the game are placeholders/simulated and cannot be claimed.
- In-game prices of stocks (NVDA etc.) shown are illustrative.
6Fair Play
- We may suspend accounts engaging in abuse: multi-account farming, automated botting that violates rate limits, exploit abuse.
- We may modify, pause, or discontinue any game feature, the vault, or dividends at any time.
7Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the game, smart contracts, or tokens.
- Smart contracts and blockchain use carry technical risk (bugs, hacks, chain issues). Interact at your own risk.
8Changes
- These terms may be updated. Continued use = acceptance of the latest terms.
